Objectives
Students must be able to prescribe the law and terms of public tender. They must also be able to use the public specifications of road-construction ( standaardbestek 250 van de Wegenbouw version 2.0), the administration, and technical terms, and to make the book of specifications. At the same time, they learn to work with the measuring and Belgian - norms.

No basic (first) knowledge required.
