Topics Basic principles of amplification and detection of DNA and RNA; different genetic identification techniques (PCR, NASBA, RFLP, CAPS, RAPD, AFLP, ...); applications (detection and identification of GMOs, detection of micro-organisms in food, identification of plant cultivars, ....)
