Objectives
The aim of the course is to provide to students a means to extend their communicative skills and to effectively acquire the correspondence skills in order to apply them in a commercial and business context.

Intermediate level is required


Topics
The course provides ample material for intensive practice. Each chapter contains some sample letters (enquiries, replies to enquiries, quotations and offers, orders, acknowledgements, sales letters, voluntary offers, invoice, complaints, replies to complaints, adjustments,...) and a great number of exercices (exercises on lay-out and structure, gap exercices, alternative expressions, translations, etc.) in order to gradually acquire the skills of semantically, grammatically and stylistically correct letter writing.
The computer disks that accompany the course book presents follow-up exercises and integrated exercises. Each student can determine the study rhythm for him/herself.
