- to deepen and/or complement the learning contents of the specific part of the first year and of the further training in the second and third years.

- general didactics: introduction;
- schools organisation;
- psychology: introduction, psychological currents, theory of functions (learning, intelligence), personality psychology, development psychology.
Teaching Methods
Lectures supported by sundry media, sundry forms of conversation, teamwork, coached independent work.
Materials used
- syllabus: basic course book of psycho-pedagogics;
- book: De levensloop van de mens, Craeynest Pol, Acco 1995;
- occasionally supplementary texts, articles, student's own notes.
Study guidance
On his/her own initiative, a student explains his/her learning problem in connection with the training part concerned to his/her lecturer, who will properly coach him/her.
Assessment
- permanent evaluation and examination,
- oral and written examination in January and June.
