Topics
- General insight in communication, the communication actionand the communication strategies
- Oral communication: com munication with customers, to gain and to provide information, to have a sales conversation, to have a presentation of acompany or product, to join in a conversation, to telephone , application-, functioning- and evaluation conversation
- Written communication: to summarire and to make a scheme of written and overheard communication
- Lay-out, style and contents of extern and intern communicative products, letters,fax, e-mail messages, memo's, reports, press messages, broc hures, advisements, mailings
- There will be paid attentionto pronunciation, reading loudly an comprehensively, to int erpret, to analyse, to summarire and to judge critically business texts, spelling (instructions and exercises), languageusage, language attitude, vocabulary, trade language, langu age purism and style
