- The global finance of a company (own means)
-Specific finance of the production means by the banks (inve stment decisions, finance of the material, fixed assets, finance of the financial fixes assets)
- Specific finance of the revenu-account (introductory notions, finance on short term, finance on medium-long term )
- Credits on short and medium-long term in connection with foreign trade
- Credits to private persons
2. Investment policy
- the stock exchange. What is investing? (principle, difference investing/speculating)
- Review criticism of various forms of investment (risks, security, liquidation, yields, efficiency, return, fiscality , costs)
- Practical applications on various forms of investments (deposits, term-deposits, receipts, exchequer certificates, state bonds (classics and dos), bonds in BEFof partnerships, euro-bonds, hybrid bonds, Belgian shares, foreign shares, investment funds, options and futures, real estate certificates, gold/goldmines, real estates
