Objectives
-to give a basic knowledge and a vieuw on basic branches of law.
-to make it possible to do independent research for the solution of law problems, which are not that difficult.

Topics
After the introduction yhe following subjects will be treated:
Civil law: law of persons, goods and securities, contracts, family, inheritance.
Commercial law: merchants and actsof commerce, commercial agents, commercial contracts, comme rcial fund and illegal competition, insurance contract, trade documents, partnerships and bankruptcy.
