Objectives
To acquire a practical knowledge of the major basic applications and their use on the PC.
On the one hand the operatingsystem Windows 95 is dealt with in a user-friendly way, onthe other hand Word. The objective is that students are ableto use this latter program independently. The emphasis is p ut on acquiring a thorough insight and knowledge, using the hardware efficiently and applying the standards. It is a general objective to develop a feeling for accuracy, thoroughness and critical approach.


Prerequisites
The basis of the first and second year.

Codes; Making forms; To adjust the Window of Word; Figures and illustrations; Integration with other software; Printing on envelopes and etiquette; WordArt; Making organigrams; Working with head- and subdocuments.
Eventually: Communication with Internet and Intranet; Making presentations with Power Point.
