To telephone, to apply, assessment talks.
Written communication : to summerize written communication.
Lay-out, style and contents of external and internal communicative products like letters, faxes, e-mails, memo's, reports, pressarticles, folders, advertisements, mailings.
Attention is paid to pronounciation, reading loudly, to interpret, analyse, synthesize and judge critically.
First contact with speech-recognition and speak generating computers.
