Key words Management for the social-profit sector
Objectives
The course aims at providing the students insight into the Law of the 27 of June 1921, by which legal personality is granted to a "VZW" (non-profit union), and at imparting several aspects of personnel management into the social-profit sector.
Further on, the course aims at making the students familiar with accountancy and fiscal obligations of a "VZW" and at providing them insight into the liquidity problem, the financial report and the financial analysis of a "VZW".

The notion "VZW" (non-profit union), legal terms for granting legal personality to a "VZW", regulations, establishment, segments of a "VZW", third-party risks, gifts and legacies, management of capital, dissolution, aspects of personnel management in the social-profit sector, accountancy and fiscal obligations of the "VZW", liquidity problem of the "VZW", financial report and financial analysis of the "VZW".
