The objective is to introduce students in the main aspects of the logistic chain from supplier to customer + management actions = materials management and production scheduling .
Prerequisites No specific knowledge is required.

Product design and process design: Bill of materials; Bill of manufacturing; process flows.
Materials management: inventory concepts and systems; materials requirements planning.
