Key words
Objectives
To develop a logical thinking to solve problems, using a computer-language.
Topics
- We start with elementary concepts concerning a computerconfiguration and the representation of numbers and characters in the PC-memory.
- The main part is to learn the basicinstructions in the C++-language.
- We start with elementary C++-programs, then we learn the repeat and conditional structures to develop "language-independent" solutions for sums, counting, maximum,..
- With random-functions the student learns how the computer can be used in simulating real situations.
- Finally we deal with one and two dimensional tables.
