Key words Law of Obligations
Objectives The purpose of the course is to familiarize the students with the essential elements and the global framework of the law applicable to obligations arising out of torts, strict liability or contracts.
Topics The course contains three major parts:Part I studies the law of torts and strict liability.Part II covers contract law.Part III deals with general principles applicable to all obligations, regardless of their legal source (different types of obligations, enforcement and remedies, transfer of obligations, evidence, etc.).
Prerequisites The knowledge, insights and skills acquired in the course "Introduction to Law" in the first year.
