Objectives
Students are trained in writing efficient and effective business communication and in evaluating and correcting various kinds of business communication. The students will be able to understand important aspects of business communication theory and how these principles apply to particular types of communication.

Topics
  1. Communication process, kinds of communication, communication strategy. Instruments for modern business communication: language, style and structure instruments. Information and structure analysis of various kinds of business communication by means of purpose and target group analysis.
  2. Business communication theory
  3. Text writing: letter writing (including e-mail and direct mailing)
  4. Text writing: techniques of independent research
