Topics Amongst others, following procurement topics are explained: what = right product and right quality, where and who = choice of Suppliers and suppliers management, how much and when = stocks, ordering methods, costs of ordering and storage, Price = Request for proposal and proposal analysis and comparison- pricing, negotiations; how = Procurement strategy, logistics. New techniques as e-procurement will also be discussed.
