Through a study of the evolution of programming languages, a student must be able to choose what program environment is the best tool to come to a solution for a specific problem. One object oriented language will be handled in detail during the practicum.

An analysis of the evolution of programming languages. A close study on what decisions developers had to make to come to certain types of programming languages. The use of one object oriented language.
