If necessary, they must be able to generate the contents themselves and download them by means of a word processor or through the internet.

- computer science and word processing include basic operations for operation systems; the preparation of stencils for pupils and the preparation of lessons through a word processing programmes; to be able to selectively search on the internet;
- multi-media include the use of a CD-ROM, to be able to send e-mails and answer e-mails, to consult the internet.

Teaching Methods
Most learning contents (skills) are treated theoretically and/or demonstrated practically in class first. These skills are practised partly during the lessons by means of tasks which become gradually increasingly difficult; some learning contents must be assimilated completely through self-study.

Assessment
- permanent evaluation; examination in June;
- written and/or oral examination.
