Objectives
- to deepen the students' knowledge of the living and non-living nature and to enable them to apply such knowledge in the infant class. To use the correct terms and notions regarding cookery at infant level;
- to make the students aware of the origin of the different basic food products and to enable them to prepare their derivatives themselves;
- exhaustive discussion of the development aims space and time and to become acquainted with ICO in the infant class;
- to elaborate mathematical initiation objective;
- to offer current themes regarding mathematical inititiation;
- to widen the infants' acting abilities by enriching their world with mathematical means.

Topics
- survey of the animal and vegetable kingdom according to seasons (supplement);
- relations between the living and non-living nature (supplement);
- health and environmental education;
- to learn to use the correct terms and notions in infant cookery;
- to know and recognize the origin of the main substances of our food; to be able to prepare derivatives of such food products; - development aims;
-" ICO" (intercultural education) contents; - to measure time, proportions, sorting, surfaces, capacity, reflecting.

Learning contents of the first year.
