- Students gain insight into civil liability: the concept and the various types of liability. They understand the relationship and coexistence of various types of liability.
- They know and are able to use the concepts of tort, accountability, force majeure, acceptance of the risk and exoneration clauses. They get acquainted with the theory of causality, the theory of equivalence and are able to recognize, analyse and apply it to concrete claims
