Objectives Students should get an insight into the structure and sources of labour law as a whole. They will learn to read and to analyse court decisions on important issues of labour law.
Students should learn to interpret, summarise and draft limited legal opinions in the area of labour law.
Students should be able to retrieve the applicable legal sources and to use the database.
