Objectives
- In this course you learn how to assimilate the data that you received from your company manager - as part of the project in business planning - into a pre-defined spreadsheet. All data (turnover, results, prognoses, budgets…) are input. The system gives six documents as output, which enables you to make a thorough analysis of the business economics of the company. A course book of Excel is available (on paper as well as through interactive teaching files on the net); with this book you can learn the basic principles of the spreadsheet program Excel.Other topics are discussed and cases are solved, depending on the need of other courses.
- Graduates are expected to process mainly practical knowledge. All the subjects in the course are treated in this way. There are a sufficient number of possibilities for individual further study.
You will learn to apply statistical techniques in practical job-related situations and to interpret statistical data and results.
In the course every theoretical unit is accompanied by a series of exercises.

Prerequisites
- Diploma of Higher Education of a 1-cycle course (three-year curricula/comparable to a bachelor's degree)In order to follow this course, a basic knowledge of Windows 95/98 is required. You are able to open a program, to open, copy and move files etc. The students that don't have this prior knowledge, can take regular courses in Windows 95/98 or go on a refresher course by means of course material that can be obtained from the instructor.
