Objectives
The students must be able to work with the AutoCAD programme in a smooth and efficient manner.
They learn to use the programme in a structured manner on the basis of exercises.
Wide insight must also be obtained by means of the part projection drawing.
Topics
Basic course:
Basic commands, screen layout, drawing and editing commands, shading and text patterns, blocks.
The theory is completed with examples and exercices from the practice
CAD-constructions:
A furnishing construction assignment and exercises on projection drawing and 3D drawing.
Prerequisites
Prior knowledge of PC-use required.

Materials used
- teacher's course: Basic AutoCAD and AutoCAD 3D derawing
The students are recommended, however it is not indispensable, to use a PC at home for practicing
Practicing on a regular base is recommended

Study guidance
The student's progress is tested during the lessons.
Because of the scope of the exercises students are guided during the lessons.
Students with specific problems can always contact the teachers.
