Objectives
Lab machines:
Being able to construct a piece of work considering the infrastructure and disposible machines.
Being able to profile planes and being able to install them on a plane machine with multiple sides.
Theory machines:
To know all the aspects of cutting techniques.
Being able to find the causes of a bad cutting proces.
To give a good solution for a bad cutting proces.
Being able to read and explein the insciptions mentoined on cutting tools.
To know the work-method to profile profile planes and being able to describe how they have to be installed on a cutting machine with multiple sides.
Being able to create single and complex cnc programs.


Topics
Lab machines:
Try out the theoritical knowledge of traditional woodconstructionmachines in a safe way.
Pass all stades of multiple profiling.
Theory machines:
General terms of the cutting technologie.
Economical aspects of wood cutting, influence of wood on woodcutting, definition of cutting, cut directions, different cutting ways, chisel geometries, construction of cutting tools.
From profilepicture to wooden profiling.
Pass all stade of creating single en complex cnc programs.

A certificate of secondary school.
