Objectives The student will acquire basic knowledge of law in general and of civil law in particular. This basic knowledge should be a useful utensil for the student to solve practical problems. The judicial interpretation of practical problems requires both knowledge of correct judicial terminology and the capability to abstract.
Topics - The general introduction comprises the sources of law and the basics of procedural law pertaining to private law.
- The chapter on civil law comprises general principles, law of goods, securities and contracts.
- The last part studies the urban development, taking or using the text of a law as a guideline.
