Competences

To develop the understanding and graphic skills necessary to the communication of design and (computer) technology. The course is flexible in order to accommodate the different background of the students (Garden architecture; Landscape architecture; Park- en Landscape management)


Topics
Introduction to two- and three-dimensional representation techniques.
Spatial and color theory.
Using computer software applicable to Garden- and Landscape architecture and management.
Visual merchandising and presentation techniques will incorporate three-dimensional design.
Research in computer software packages and desktop publishing.
Design principles.
The course close ties with the apparel industries, periodically contact with software industries maintain its relevance.
Presentation based on Adobe software (Illustrator, Coreldraw, Photoshop).

Prerequisites
The program requires the knowledge of autocad software (2002) . A minimum competences or skills in design presentation is necessary.
