Key words
Objectives
The students make use in this practical course of the knowledge about
enzymes and their properties by using them in enzymatic analytical methods
and in simulations of industrial processes.
Topics
Several immobilisation methods are performed with the use of different types
of reactors.
The properties of immobilized enzymes are compared with these of the free
enzymes.
The role of enzymes in process control and in analytical methods are
investigated.
Prerequisites
Profound knowledge of enzymology (course thirth year).
Final Objectives
