1. Collect information from a text or a form.
2. Organisation of information:
- to draw up an informational data bank on the basis of a text and forms
- interpret a conceptual data model (information model)
- change a conceptual into a technical data model
- normalise
3. Interprete a technical data model.
4. Define screens and to report of an existing data bank.
