Objectives
This course aims at providing students with an understanding of the different aspects and criteria of the commercial, financial and organizational policies of an enterprise.
This course also provides the necessary basic competencies for a more thorough study in other courses of the different options.

Topics
Introduction to the different aspects of entrepreneurship with the following pillars :
  1. Business organization:
    Organization (structure, culture …), management (responsibilities, styles of leadership…) and personnel (division of tasks, delegation, motivation, communication), logistics, administrative organization, and internal audit.
  2. Marketing management:
    From production concept via sales concept to marketing concept, social marketing concept, marketing management, analysis of comsumer behaviour, market segmentation and positioning, the marketing mix ;..
  3. Financial management:
    objectives and principles of financial reporting, principles of accounting techniques, balance sheet equation, link profit-and-loss account, studying the items of the annual accounts so as to be able the evaluate the financial health of an enterprise.
A clear link to practice will be made through a practical case.
