Objectives The subject STATISTICS plays a supporting role. By doing exercises students' ability to think and reason is developed and the students are taught to acquire and assimilate information.
Topics The course consists of three parts:- basic concepts, collecting information, sampling techniques
- classifying and presenting data by means of tables and graphs
- determining statistic indicators
- parameters of central trends
- dispersion parameters
Prerequisites Elementary arithmetical operations.
