- Being able to interpret and analyse texts about juridical topics and to formulate limited legal advice; being able to transfer theory to simple cases

- General principles: characteristics and realisation of labour and social security law
- Individual Labour law: the labour contract
2.1. Closing the employment contract
2.2. Carrying out the labour contract (trial period, obligations)
2.3. Suspending the labour contract (sick leave and accident, pregnancy and maternity leave, industrial accident, vacation period)
2.4. Ending the labour contract - Collective Labour law
3.1. Collective labour connections on national level (joint committees, trade unions, collective agreements, employers' federations)

Prerequisites No specific prerequisites, but the students must have the general knowledge acquired after having finished 1 year of High Scool.
