Key words Training and supervision
Objectives Stated in the volume "Guidelines for the 3rd training year".
A small selection out of the most essential objectives:
Integration of the attained theoretical and practical knowledge, skills, development of working attitudes, -elaboration of the own style of guidance, -completing the guidance tasks independently, -critical approach of the organisation and being able to place this into a broader context of the sector and society, - recognising ones own possibilities and restrictions when it comes to professional functioning, …
Topics Strongly defined by the chosen target group and training facility.
Prerequisites Professional practice from the first year and the achieved views and skills out of the training practice of the second year.
Final Objectives
Materials used Students need to search on their own for supportive background literature.
Study costs One needs to take into account the daily costs of travelling to and from the training facility and a small cost to process the training folder.
Trainings abroad may claim a scholarship.
Study guidance There is a possibility to decide on extra supervisions as means of support.
Teaching Methods Strong experience orientated learning course, supported by the thorough development of the learning moments at the training facility.
Ones own actions will be called into question. There is support at the facility by a training guide and process wise this will be supported by the college in form of a supervisor by means of individual and group supervisions.
Assessment The result is decided on by the guiding supervisor by means of the handed in training folder (20%), the process wise course of the training (30%), and the final evaluation (50%). The assessment 'passed' or 'failed' achieved for the training in the first period of examinations stays valid for the second period with the eye on the achievement of a global examination result.
Lecturer(s) Patrick Pevenage and a large number of practice tutors and lecturers.
