Topics
Models, methods and techniques of personnel management
On the basis of a given case students analyse and make an inventory of the problems on the different areas concerning personnel management.
In small workgroups students formulate a businessplan, write out a HR-vision for the personnel department and devise a job analysis for a HR officer.
They end with the development of a brief training session concerning one of the problems they met in their analysis.

Introduction course 'Personnel Management' in the second year.
