Objectives

Students have to work out a chapter via self-tuition and present it to the group.

Chapters of the textbook "Gedrag in organisaties": selection and career planning, personality and individual differences, interpersonal perception and interaction, motivation, leadership and management, group dynamics, identifying problems in organizations, change management, empowerment and self-management, stress management.

Prerequisites
The course is build upon the acquired views during the first two years of the curriculum
