Objectives Acquiring the necessary skill and logical insight in general modern programming.
To develop a logical thinking to solve problems and apply the correct syntax using a computer-language.
Topics In the first part of the course, some fundamentals of hardware and software are being taught.
On the second part on introduction to programming in C++ is given: variables , arithmetic and logical conditions, loops. We develop "language-independent" solutions for sums, counting, maximum,.. With random-functions the student learns how the computer can be used in simulating real situations. Finally we deal with one and two dimensional tables.
