Objectives
Partim General Botany and Crop Production
  • To have a clear insight into themorphology, classification, anatomy, cytology, histology and physiology of plants.
  • The student is able to link the environmental factors of the plant and its physiology.
  • The student is able to use a flora and to determine plants.

Partim Crop production
  • Thorough insight regarding the construction of the cells, root, stalk, leaf, pollination, fertilisation, sperm formation and fructification. Acquire further knowledge regarding internal construction, structure, circumstances of living and requirements.
  • The student is able to link the environmental factors of the plant and the production of plants.
Partim Crop protection, Weeds and Weed control
  • To teach knowledge in different kinds of pesticides and methods used in case of diseases and pests.
  • One will go further into the causes of pests and diseases and their syndromes.
  • The student is able to advise the right type of phyto-farmaceutical product.
  • The student will acquire basic knowledge of law in general and of civil and agricultural law in particular. This basic knowledge should be a useful utensil for the student to solve practical problems. The judicial interpretation of practical problems requires both knowledge of correct judicial terminology and the capability to abstract.
