Objectives
Learn advanced methodes to complete GIS project in the current of future work situation of the student. This with the software program Arc-Gis 8.x

Topics
This training is built on the acquired knowledge from the course GIS I. This second course contains the teaching of advanced methodes to start, finish and present a project. The basic skills (input of data, georeferencing, 3D analysis) can be applied in a project of a realistic case and be supplemented with tools of editing to existing or new data. They work as a team to process and analyse data. Finally, the students have to present their result in front of a jury or a district council.

Prerequisites
Have a thorough command of the basic skills to start a project in Arc-Gis 8.x. The student can also import and manipulate data in Arc-map.

Final Objectives
The cursist can start, finish and present independently an Arc-Gis 8.x project. This contains using the technique learned in the course GIS I extended with the advanced tools of editing and manipulating data. After all the student has the knowledge of clustering the results of the research and the student can present this with a poster, a presentation or an animation.
