The student has to know the technical terminology and apply this information both orally as in writing.
The student develops course-related communication skills (oral and in writing) and a willingness to establish contact.

The course is set up thematically and has following subjects and skills:
  • English insurance and financial terminology
  • Communication skills: written (draw up brief letters) and oral (for instance conversations, telephone conversations, …)


Prerequisites
1. Required: practical competence in the four main skills (reading, writing, speaking and listening)
2. Desired: Knowing the fundamental company-related vocabulary and communication techniques
