- Conversation exercises on topics of logistics
- Functional telephone conversations on packaging, forwarding and delivery of goods
- Short letters and fax messages on distribution and transport transactions

Teaching Methods
- Specific terminology of logistics comes from texts with illustrations and graphs, and consolidated by any number of exercises.Constant interaction, between lecturer and teacher as well as between students allows to concentrate on independent phrasing.
The lecturer only comments or corrects.
- Speaking skills: authentic conversations are trained using stimuli from Dutch in pair work
- Writing assignments are prepared during class using and analysing examples.
