Objectives

  • Principles of procedural law and types of norms
  • Judicial organisation, jurisdiction and judicial actors
  • Judicial procedure: introducing the claim (various manners); treatment of the claim before the court, pleading, intermediary claims, furnishing of proof and sentence; legal remedies, appeal; execution of the sentence (seizure and sequestration are treated in the third year).
