Objectives
Acquiring an understanding of insurance law, esp. the national law on insurance agreements (Landverzekeringsovereenkomstenwet) and the special regulations on insurance contracts that mainly relate to the private life of a policyholder.
In the course on Civil Law, judicial aspects are treated as well.
The course emphasizes understanding and not reproduction.
Researching, analysing and applying law, jurisprudence and articles from insurance magazines.
