Gain an insight in 
- the theoretical  facets of environmental toxicology; 
- how standards in environment toxicology become; 
- the relation between 'environment' and 'toxicology'; 
- very many (possible) environment harm causing and/or toxic substances. 
  
Topics 
- theoretical facets: standards, toxicological research, problems of research, harmful substances, the ecosystem, toxicology; 
- frontier exceeding pollution 
- possibly harmful substances in daily practices: solvents, formaldehyde, ... 
- harmful substances from industries: heavy metals, PAHs, PCBs, dioxins, ... 
- harmful substances from agriculture: phosphates, nitrates, ammonia, pesticides, ... 
- radioactive substances.
