Prerequisites
Basic knowledge of the chemical structure of nutrients and of biochemical processes is a necessity.
Final Objectives The student must be able within the framework of the physiological aspects of human nutrition, to apply basic knowledge of biology, chemistry and biochemistry. He is assumed to become a critical look on the most recent tendencies within human nutrition.
