  • Introduction (notion of 'administrative law', sources, practicable administrative decision)
  • Public services in general (notion, principles, forms of management, public office) and in an elaborate example (e.g. a city)
  • Public goods (public and private domain) and expropriation
  • Administrative contracts and an elaborate example (public commission)
  • Environmental planning and environmental protection law
Any topic is supplemented with exercises/assignments and/or lectures, possibly an excursion
