Trefwoorden European Institutions
Doelstellingen The course introduces the EU institutional structure. The various institutions, their powers and their relations to each other and to the Member States are examined. The EU decision making process and the incorporation of EU law into national law will be discussed. A consideration of the historical integration process will shed light on some of the institutional intricacies.

3) insight in the relation European law and national law
To be able to reason logically and analyze legal texts as there are treaties and cases of the court.
