Objectives To gain insight in organic crop husbandry and to obtain knowledge about the typical control and labeling principles.
A lot of attention is paid to convert processes of conventional to organic agriculture.
Topics By means of specific visits and guest courses a broad insight is given about all aspects of organic agriculture. All production fields (arable crops, grassland, horticulture, dairy- and pig production).
Prerequisites Basis knowledge about crop science
