Objectives Students learn to apply what they have learned about the law so far.
They should implement theory on practice and vice versa in a fluent, realistic and practical manner.
Topics Further exploration of justicial methodology and of a number of issues in private and public law.
Integration of any courses so far from the first and second year.
These courses are actively integrated in this seminar through guided self-study.
Prerequisites Basics of general, civil and trade law, constitutional, fiscal, administrative, social, procedural law and communication skills

Study costs Photocopies at the going rate in Hogeschool Gent
Study guidance Consultations at regular intervals, when the lecturer will act as mentor: the lecturer phrases the assignment, acts as a sounding board during execution, assesses the task and guides.
Students with individual problems may always address their lecturers.
Teaching Methods
- Alternating lectures and interactive sessions with the codex on topics of jurisprudence, doctrine, or taken from the press etc.
- Guest lectures by people working in the profession and / or excursions, i.al. visiting the court, attending a session
