Objectives
- This course and the courses on civil law in the first and second years, form a unit.
- Students get the necessary judicial and practical background that will be needed in later, judicial professional life.
- Students will acquire the skills to draw up, interpret and solve problems in business law and contract law.More time will be spent on learning how to develop a judicial mindset .
Topics The course treats special contracts: like purchase contract - rent contract (general renting law, home rent and business rent) - leasing - deposit - contracting and settlement.
Prerequisites Students should already have acquired thorough knowledge of the law, esp. of civil rights, in parts 1 and 2 of this course. Moreover, they would already have skills and attitudes when researching judicial texts, judicially wording a problem and applying knowledge taught and knowledge acquired to the issue on hand.

- First exam session: 80% written exam and 20% individual assignment or group assignment;
- Second exam session: 100% written exam
